Integration with ACS, Speedex, Geniki Taxydromiki, ELTA Courier, BOX NOW & Skroutz Last Mile

Connect Voice Logica with the couriers you use and give your AI Voice Agent access to up-to-date shipment information.

The Agent looks up parcels, identifies the courier from the tracking number, and updates callers on delivery progress. For Geniki Taxydromiki shipments, it also supports delivery rescheduling, returns to sender, and pickup point lookups.

Bring shipment updates into your phone support

Answering “Where is my parcel?” often means opening a courier portal and reading the information back to the customer. When you work with multiple couriers, your team needs to check several systems.

The integration allows the AI Voice Agent to retrieve shipment details during the conversation and send the tracking link, reducing manual lookups.

What can the courier integration do?

Track shipments across six couriers

It retrieves shipment status, delivery confirmation and date, recipient details where available, and tracking history. ACS and Geniki Taxydromiki support tracking event descriptions in Greek or English.

Identify the courier automatically

When the caller only has a tracking number, it checks the connected couriers in sequence until it finds one that recognises it.

Look up shipments by Skroutz order code

It finds the shipment using the Skroutz order code and reports its progress and the courier handling delivery.

Reschedule deliveries with Geniki Taxydromiki

It sets a new delivery date and time window — morning, late morning, afternoon, or evening. It can also review or cancel the reschedule.

Returns and pickup points with Geniki Taxydromiki

It registers a return to sender after explaining that the action is irreversible and obtaining explicit confirmation. It also looks up shops and lockers with their address, city, and postcode.

Send updates via SMS or Viber

It sends tracking links and confirmations during the call. Callers can dictate the tracking number at their own pace or enter it using their phone keypad.

Find a parcel without knowing the courier

The customer provides the tracking number and the AI Voice Agent checks the connected couriers. Once it finds the parcel, it identifies the courier and reports the latest available update.

During the same conversation, it can send the tracking link so the customer can continue checking the shipment’s progress.
