1. Introduction and Acceptance
Voice Logica P.C. (G.E.MI. No. 183940301000) provides the VoiceLogica.ai service, a platform of AI-powered voice agents (Voice AI Agents) that perform inbound and outbound calls, deliver call summaries via SMS and/or Email, and are supported by APIs and additional features.
By creating an account and/or using the platform, the Customer/User declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Service.
2. Definitions
- “Customer” or “User” means any natural or legal person that accesses or uses the Service.
- “Agent” refers to the autonomous digital voice assistant created and managed through the platform.
- “AI Minutes” means the amount of speech-processing computational time consumed during the operation of the Agents.
- “Subscription” means the User’s active service plan.
- “Add-On” means any optional feature that may be added to a basic Subscription.
- “Customer Data” means any information that the User inputs, uploads, or generates through the use of the Service.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
To create an account, the User must provide accurate identification information and declare that they act for business purposes and are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Voice Logica reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate accounts that do not meet legal requirements or that demonstrate unlawful or abusive behavior.
4. Subscription Plans
The Service is offered through tiered subscription plans (indicatively: Starter, Skilled, Advanced, and Enterprise), which differ in available features, concurrent call limits, and supported functionalities.
Pricing and activation details for each plan are defined in a separate commercial policy document, which does not form part of these Terms.
5. Trial Period and Beta Features
Voice Logica may provide trial access or beta-stage features. Such features are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
6. Fair Use and Technical Limitations
The platform implements rate limiting mechanisms, maximum concurrent call thresholds, and API usage limits in order to maintain service stability and security. The Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account where abuse, misuse, or abnormal traffic patterns are detected.
7. Payments, Billing, and Taxes
Service charges are applied on a recurring basis, in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of Subscription activation. The User is required to settle all invoices in a timely manner; in the event of late payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend the Service until all outstanding amounts have been fully paid. Detailed pricing and billing terms are governed by a separate commercial policy, which is not part of these Terms.
8. Cancellation, Upgrade, and Downgrade
The User may terminate their Subscription at any time, with termination taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades become effective in the next billing cycle. Prepaid fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Partner Program
Voice Logica offers distinct Partner Programs. Participation is subject to acceptance of the specific terms and conditions of each program, which govern, among other things, compliance obligations with applicable data protection regulations.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Voice Logica processes Customer Data for the provision and support of the Service and implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Greek law.
In the event of a data breach, the Company will notify the competent supervisory authority and the affected Customer without undue delay, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
With respect to data submitted by Customers/Users in the context of the Voice AI Agents services, Voice Logica acts as a Data Processor and processes such data solely on the documented instructions of the respective Customer acting as the Data Controller.

11. Confidentiality and Security
Information that is not publicly available shall be deemed confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without the prior consent of the affected party, unless disclosure is required by law or a court order. The platform is hosted on infrastructure compliant with internationally recognized security standards.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights in and to the software, artificial intelligence models, and platform content are owned by Voice Logica P.C.
The User retains full rights to their own data and prompts.
Any rights of use related to voice cloning services, where applicable, are limited in scope and duration to the purposes and term of the subscription relationship.
13. Acceptable Use
Use of the platform for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory activities, unsolicited mass calling, or emergency services is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is”, and the Company makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor does it guarantee 100% accuracy of outputs generated by artificial intelligence models.
15. Limitation of Liability
The total liability of Voice Logica for direct damages demonstrably caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct shall be limited to an amount not exceeding the total fees paid by the User during the preceding three (3) months. Any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is expressly excluded.
16. Indemnification
The User shall indemnify and hold harmless Voice Logica against any third-party claims arising from unlawful or abusive use of content or calls conducted through the Service.
17. Suspension and Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms upon thirty (30) days’ written notice. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Service in the event of a material breach or where required by legal obligation.
18. Service or Terms Modifications
Voice Logica may revise the Service or these Terms, notifying Users via email or in-platform announcements. Any changes shall take effect thirty (30) days after notification, unless immediate implementation is required for security or legal compliance reasons.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
20. Dispute Resolution
The parties shall make every reasonable effort to resolve any dispute amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the parties may resort to mediation and, if mediation does not lead to a settlement, to the courts specified in the preceding section.
