This Artificial Intelligence Policy applies to the use of Voice Logica P.C.'s platform and website (hereinafter the “Platform” VoiceLogica.ai) by customers and users incorporating artificial intelligence capabilities.
This Policy is intended to inform you about the handling of your personal data related to the Platform’s artificial intelligence functionality, as well as provide guidance on your use of artificial intelligence within the Platform, including personal data processing and confidentiality. This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use or any agreement you have with us and with the Privacy Policy.
The Policy provides information on how Voice Logica protects your personal data during the use of artificial intelligence software and other applications incorporating AI technology. This notice is supplementary to the Privacy Policy. AI technologies include AI Agents (Digital Representatives) to help you complete specific tasks efficiently.
We are committed to safeguarding your data and providing a secure environment for all users. Our platform is designed with strong security measures to ensure that your data remains safe, confidential, and compliant with global standards.
Your personal data is never used to train or improve AI systems. The data you include in the assistants you create may be used to train our artificial intelligence. Likewise, some or all of our AI providers, such as OpenAI, use data to train their artificial intelligence models.
While errors in AI-generated content are not frequent, they remain an inherent risk in AI-generated outputs. Voice Logica P.C. proactively addresses this challenge as follows:
- When you interact with a Digital Representative on our Platform and provide personal data during that interaction, the Platform may access such data; however, we will continue to protect it and will not use it to train or enhance AI technologies.
- We will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
- Our users and customers have the right to access and manage their data through their account settings.
- When a customer or user provides us with their data in connection with opening an account or managing a subscription, we act as the data controller. When a customer or user of the Platform collects or processes personal data, they are the data controller, and Voice Logica is the data processor.
- When a Voice Logica customer or another Platform user links their account with an AI service provided by a third party, that third party may have access to the customer's personal data. Please consult the privacy and usage policies of such third parties for information on how they collect, use, and process personal data.
