AI Policy - Voice Logica

This Artificial Intelligence Policy applies to customers and users of the Voice Logica P.C. platform and the Voice Logica website (hereinafter the “Platform” – VoiceLogica.ai), which incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities.

This Policy is intended to provide you with information regarding the handling of personal data in connection with the artificial intelligence functionalities of the Voice Logica Platform, as well as guidance on the use of AI by you within the Platform, including matters relating to personal data processing and confidentiality.


This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Service or any other agreement entered into with you, as well as the Privacy Policy.


The Policy provides information on how Voice Logica protects your personal data when using artificial intelligence software and other applications incorporating AI technology. This notice is supplementary to the Privacy Policy.


AI technologies include AI Agents (Digital Voice Agents) designed to assist you in performing specific tasks efficiently.


We are committed to protecting your data and to providing a secure environment for all users. Our Platform has been designed with robust security measures to ensure that your data remain secure, confidential, and compliant with international standards.


Your personal data are never used to train or improve Voice Logica’s AI systems. Data that you include within the agents you create may be used to configure or train those agents.


Similarly, some or all of our third-party AI providers, such as OpenAI, may process data in accordance with their own policies for the purpose of training or improving their AI models.


Errors in AI-generated content are not common but remain an inherent risk of generative AI systems. Voice Logica P.C. proactively addresses this challenge as follows:

  • When you interact with a Digital Agent on our Platform and provide personal data during such interaction, the Platform will have access to those data; however, we will continue to protect them and will not use them to train or improve our AI technologies.
  • We will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where such disclosure is required by law.
  • Our users and customers have the right to access and manage their data through their account settings.
  • When a customer or user provides personal data in connection with account creation or subscription management, Voice Logica acts as the Data Controller.
  • When a customer or other Platform user collects personal data from third parties through the use of the Platform, that customer or user acts as the Data Controller, and Voice Logica acts as the Data Processor.
  • When a Voice Logica customer or other Platform user connects their account with a third-party AI service, that third party may have access to the customer’s personal data. Users are encouraged to review the privacy and usage policies of such third parties to understand how personal data are collected, used, and processed.
